Rachel completed her education at the University of New South Wales, earning a Juris Doctor degree as well as a Bachelor of Social Research and Policy degree with a specialisation in Economics. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Additionally, Rachel generously contributes to her community by volunteering at pro bono legal advice sessions, offering her expertise to individuals with limited access to legal resources.

- Verify property’s title, assess legal risks and issues.
- Negotiate terms and conditions, draft contracts, and handle adjustments. Liaise with other parties involved, such as real estate agents and financial institutions, to coordinate a successful property transfer.
- Provide comprehensive advice to foreign investors.
- Attend to assist foreigner purchaser with FIRB.
